ICBC Yangon Branch was established in September 2015 and is the earliest Chinese-funded commercial bank established in Myanmar.The branch currently holds a wholesale banking license issued by Myanmar regulatory authorities and mainly provides professional financial services to Chinese-funded“going global”enterprises and local industry leading enterprise customers.

風險審批專員崗丨Risk Approval Specialist Position
崗位職責（Responsibilities)
1、負責日常風險監(jiān)控，預(yù)警授信業(yè)務(wù)潛在風險，與客戶經(jīng)理制定相應(yīng)的風險防范和緩解措施，監(jiān)督風險防范措施的落實；
2、負責審核業(yè)務(wù)申請，向風險主管提供風險分析和建議；
3、負責在放款前審核法律文件以及放款前提條件的核準；
4、負責協(xié)助部門主管制定相關(guān)授信及信貸管理制度；
5、在團隊成員缺席的情況下，完成其他風險管理部門缺席成員的工作任務(wù)。
Risk Approval Specialist Position:
(1)Responsible for daily risk monitoring,early warning of potential risks in credit business,developing corresponding risk prevention and mitigation measures with account managers,and supervising the implementation of risk prevention measures;
(2)Responsible for reviewing business applications and providing risk analysis and suggestions to the risk supervisor;
(3)Responsible for reviewing legal documents and approving preconditions for loan disbursement before disbursement;
(4)Responsible for assisting the department head in developing relevant credit and loan management systems;
(5)In the absence of other team members,complete the work tasks of other absent members of the risk management department.
任職資格(Job requirements)
1、具備經(jīng)濟金融或風險管理或財務(wù)會計的專業(yè)知識，最好具備相關(guān)法律法規(guī)方面的專業(yè)知識；
2、具備本地銀行或者外資銀行公司信貸業(yè)務(wù)審查經(jīng)驗
3、有良好的職業(yè)道德，事業(yè)心強，能長期工作；
4、英文聽說讀寫流利，最好具備中文聽說讀寫能力；
5、計算機技能良好，能熟練使用MS Word和Excel；
6、能承受壓力，在緊迫的期限內(nèi)完成業(yè)務(wù)要求。
Job Requirements
(1)Possess professional knowledge in economics and finance,risk management,or financial accounting,preferably with professional knowledge in relevant laws and regulations;
(2)Have experience in reviewing corporate credit business of local banks or foreign banks;
